CIT Foundation Scholarship/Tool Award Application
In addition to evaluating the information on this application, the CIT Foundation Scholarship Committee may require a personal interview for any or all applicants.

This award will be given based on the following criteria:
- Grades in CIT Programs(s) for all years - 25%
- Attendance at CIT for all years - 25%
- Service to CIT - 25%
- Overall GPA at the sending school high school - 25%
- Submission of essay for tie breaker

If you're applying for the Scholarship Award, please attach college acceptance letter. If you're applying for the Tool/Supply Award, please attach a list of tools/supplies to be purchased along with the cost and signature of program teacher.*

Submit two letters of recommendation. These letters MAY NOT be from your parent/guardian, a relative, the Protective Services teacher or Para-Educator.
